Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request a refund within 30 days of purchase
- Return products unopened and in original packaging
- Provide proof of purchase (order number)
- Products must not have been used or opened
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened or used peptide vials
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Damaged products due to improper storage or handling
- Custom or personalized orders

- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship products back to our facility

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Partial Refunds

Exchanges
