This TCPA Consent & Communications Policy ("Policy") explains how Longevity Optimize and our partner websites (collectively, "we," "us," or "our") communicate with you via telephone, SMS text messages, email, and push notifications in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws.
This Policy applies to all users of our platform, including users accessing our services through partner websites and white-label solutions operated by our partners and tenants.
2. Your Express Consent
By creating an account and checking the TCPA consent box during registration, you expressly consent to receive:
- Marketing Communications: Promotional messages, product offers, special deals, educational content, and marketing materials related to longevity, health optimization, peptide protocols, and wellness programs
- Transactional Communications: Order confirmations, shipping notifications, account updates, password resets, and service-related messages
- Informational Communications: Health tips, program reminders, progress updates, assessment results, and personalized recommendations
- Administrative Communications: Policy updates, security alerts, billing notifications, and important account information
3. Communication Methods
Email Communications
We will send emails to the email address you provide during registration. These may include both marketing and transactional emails. You can manage your email preferences in your account settings.
SMS Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you authorize us and our partners to send text messages using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial/prerecorded voice. SMS messages may include:
- Order status updates and shipping notifications
- Appointment reminders and protocol schedules
- Two-factor authentication codes
- Marketing promotions and special offers
- Health tips and wellness reminders
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your preferences and activities.
Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications through your browser or mobile device, we will send you real-time updates, reminders, and alerts directly to your device. You can manage push notification settings through your device or browser settings.
Telephone Calls
We may contact you by phone for customer service purposes, order verification, account support, or to provide information about your health programs. We do not currently use automatic telephone dialing systems for marketing calls.
4. Partner & Tenant Communications
Our platform powers multiple partner websites and white-label solutions operated by our partners and tenants. When you create an account or make a purchase through a partner website:
- You consent to receive communications from both Longevity Optimize and the specific partner/tenant whose website you used
- The partner/tenant may send you their own marketing and transactional communications related to their services
- We may share your contact information with the partner/tenant to facilitate these communications
- Each partner/tenant must comply with TCPA and other applicable laws when contacting you on their behalf
5. Your Rights & Choices
Consent is Not Required for Purchase
Your consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us or our partners. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time while still receiving transactional messages about your orders and account.
How to Opt Out
You can withdraw your consent and opt out of communications at any time:
- Email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or manage preferences in your account settings
- SMS: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of all SMS communications, or reply HELP for assistance
- Push Notifications: Disable in your device settings or browser notification settings
- All Communications: Contact us at privacy@longevityoptimize.com or update your preferences at Account Settings
Note: Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we will still send you transactional messages necessary to fulfill your orders and maintain your account.
Partial Opt-Out
You can choose to opt out of specific types of communications while continuing to receive others. For example, you can opt out of SMS messages while still receiving emails, or disable marketing emails while keeping transactional notifications enabled.
6. Revocation and Re-Consent
If you revoke your consent and later wish to receive communications again, you can re-enable them through your account settings at any time. Any prior revocation will not affect your ability to consent again in the future.
7. Data Retention
We retain records of your consent, opt-out requests, and communication preferences in accordance with TCPA requirements and our Privacy Policy. This helps us honor your preferences and comply with legal obligations.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers (such as Twilio for SMS and Resend for email) to deliver communications on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to comply with TCPA and only use your information as directed by us.
9. Compliance & Enforcement
We are committed to TCPA compliance and maintaining the highest standards for communications. We:
- Obtain and document express written consent before sending marketing communications
- Honor opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days as required by law)
- Maintain internal do-not-contact lists
- Train our team and partners on TCPA compliance
- Regularly audit our communication practices
- Investigate and address any compliance concerns
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
